On your first call with us we will ask you a few questions about your staircase and yourself to help us understand what your needs are and how we can help you. If you need more information or would like a free no-obligation quote we’ll arrange to come and visit you in your home so we can give you advice specific to you and your home's needs and while there take some vital measurements.

Once you decide to order with us we’ll ask you for a deposit and then we’ll put your order into place, liaising with you to find a suitable and convenient date to install.
(Please note balance to be paid in full on completion of installation)
Our stairlifts and rails are made to order and to the highest quality standards, which means it takes around 3-10 working days for a straight stairlift to be made & installed and 14 days for a curved rail from date of order.

As part of your installation, you will be shown how to use all of the features of your stairlift. Most importantly, we’ll stay with you until you’re 100% confident in safely using your stairlift.

Removal & Re-Install :

We offer a removal and re-installation service for most makes and models of stairlifts for when you require a new carpet or flooring, by carefully removing your Stairlift allowing your carpet fitter a clear stairway in which to work, we will then re-install your stairlift once the fitters have gone, in most cases this can be arranged to be all undertaken on the same day.
